1. Return Eligibility
Aap return/exchange request kar sakte ho agar:
- Product unused ho
- Product unwashed ho
- Saare tags & original packaging sath ho
- Return request delivery ke 7 days ke andar raise ho
- Product physically damaged ya used na ho
⚠ Used, washed, damaged ya perfume-laga hua product return nahi hota.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Ye items return/exchange ke liye eligible nahi hote:
- Used / washed / worn clothing
- Clearance / sale products
- Products without tags
- Sanitized / damaged items
- Customized or personalized products
- Free gifts
3. Exchange Policy (Size Issue)
Agar aapko size mismatch ho gaya hai:
- ✔ Aap free size exchange request kar sakte ho (first exchange FREE)
- ✔ Exchange product 3–5 business days me dispatch ho jayega
- ✔ Replacement me same colour + same design diya jayega

Aapko store credit / refund milega.
4. Refund Process
Agar aap refund choose karte ho, to:
- Refund bank account / UPI / original payment mode me jata hai
- Refund process time: 3–7 business days
- COD orders ka refund Bank / UPI me diya jata hai

6. Wrong / Defective Product Received
Agar aapko wrong ya damaged product mila:
- 48 hours ke andar WhatsApp kare
- Product ki clear photos share kare
- Hum FREE replacement ship kar denge
7. Order Cancellation
- Order sirf dispatch se pehle cancel ho sakta hai
- Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi, aap return/exchange request kar sakte ho
8. Late or Missing Refunds
Agar refund 7 days ke baad bhi nahi mila:
- Apna bank/UPI check kare
- Payment gateway (Razorpay/PhonePe) ke SMS check kare
